Ellen Zimet
I moved to Laguna Woods in 2016 because I fell in love with Clubhouse 4, immediately joined LWAA, and have been a volunteer since I arrived. I have several degrees - BFA, MA, and several Ph.D. hours. I have taught art and ceramics in middle schools, been a grant writer, school administrator, educational consultant, and teacher trainer. I grew up on the East Coast and moved to California in 1970 and also spent 15 years part-time on the Oregon Coast. I have two wonderful daughters and their husbands, three grandsons and their wives, and three great-grandchildren.
